What Causes Vomiting And Severe Stomach Pain?
Dr. Rynne, my daughter has had two incidences of vomiting and severe stomach pain. First time last for over 5 days. The second time last about 2.5 days. First we thought it was flu, but both times she didn t have any fever or diarrhea. She just completed upper GI x-ray test and blood test, results came back normal. we still don t know what caused the vomiting. Your advise will be greatly appreciated. Regards, Jin

It is possible that she may have reflux, this would cause abdominal pain and vomiting.
If the vomiting recurs , you may want to try reflux medication to see if this helps.
