Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. What you are suggestive of the act says that you had non-penetrative sex, and more of stimulation like foreplay. That would not cause pregnancy and hence you need not be worried. She must be experiencing symptoms of abdominal pain and vomiting due to dysmenorrhea , which could happen for many during or just prior to menstrual periods. She can take the following medications to overcome them: 1. Tablet. Domperidone 10mg one tablet during the feeling of nausea or vomiting. 2. Tablet. Pantaprazole 40mg once a day 30 minutes before food to releive hyperacidity. 3. Combination tablet of NSAID Mefenamic Acid 250mg and anti-spasmodic Dicyclomine 10mg twice a day after food. Let her continue them for 3 days or till the symptoms completely subsides. She should start feeling better as her periods would be getting over. Hope the information provided would be helpful.
