What Causes Vomiting And Yellow Skin Discoloration After A Concussion?

My 19 yr old son informed me today he suffered a concussion (number 7) 2 days ago by hitting his head off of cement. He spent all day Saturday in bed vomiting. He isn t vomiting anymore and said he feels better. When I saw him today I found him to be yellowish in skin tone but can t find anything online that they are or could be related. He suffers concussions very easily and I have never seen the discoloring any other time in the past. Could they be related?

Could it be a liver disorder of some sort?
Liver disorders will cause problems in bleeding and also jaundice.
