What Causes Vomiting, Cold Feeling And Right-sided Chest Pain?

I am experiencing some pain in the right side of my chest, under the breast for almost a week. It runs to the back. Also, I am having some chills and vomiting the food almost 5 minutes after I ate....4 times this week. It could be gallbladder symptoms?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The vomiting after meals intake on immediate basis indicate possible malfunction of gall bladder through calculus, inflammation, infection or contractile disorder. My guidelines at present:
- Prescription of anti-emetic as ondancetron on empty stomach with sips of water
- proton pump inhibitor as rabeprazole also on empty stomach
- Drotaverine tablet after 1 hour of above
- Prefer clear liquids, organic fresh fruits intake
- Avoid all spices, non veg, junk items, dairy fat

Fix an appointment with a radiologist for need of an ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis for the diagnostic approach via prescription of your treating doctor

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
