What Causes Vomiting, Diarrhea And Yellow Color Urine In A Diabetic Patient?
Hello. Recently, I have been throwing up in addition to 6-7 bowel movements a day about every two weeks. My urine during this time is very yellow. I am freaking out a bit because I have reading about diabetes and am afraid this is what is happening. Sadly, due to a lay off , I am without health benefits, so I am on my own for now. If I back track 3-4 days I would say I eat more white flours and white over the weekend. What do you think?

What Causes Vomiting, Diarrhea And Yellow Color Urine In A Diabetic Patient?
Hello, Darkened urine may come from medications. Kidney & liver disorders like cirrhosis & hepatitis may cause yellow colored urination. You are suggested to visit a GP, get physically examined to detect any developing kidney or liver problem. Avoid trans fat, refined flour, red meat, junk & packaged food. Eat boiled food, berries, fruits, veggies & semi-solid food (oats, porridge). Take anti-emetics to avoid vomiting, you can take anti-diarrheal (Loperamide, Pepto Bismol). Your treatment will depend upon the severity of the pathology detected. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
