Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Vomiting, diarrhea and discolored stools are suggestive of gastrointestinal infection.

Hot and cold flashes, stomach pain, weakness can be associated with a gastrointestinal infection.

I suggest you consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and prescription of antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
