General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Yeast infections are caused by a fungus so if she is using antibiotics, then this would the reason that it is not improving.
Antibiotics can also cause nausea and vomiting in some persons though there are other causes of this symptom.

GERD (gastroesophageal reflux), the side effect of medication, infection, high blood sugar, liver or kidney disease, pregnancy can also cause these symptoms. She should be assessed to find the cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
