What Causes Vomiting, Headache And The Urge For A Bowel Movement?
I woke up on Sunday morning with chills, a headache and throwing up slightly. I had a bowl movement and drank some water. Continued to feel like I needed a bowl movement but couldn t go and then I felt very week and had nausea the next day. I can t find chills as a symptom.

It may be due to gastroenteritis.
For further assessment you may require complete hemogram, stool analysis, ultrasound abdomen after physician consultation.
Till then you can take tablet loperamide.
Keep your self hydrated.
You can take tablet ondensetron for vomiting
