What Causes Vomiting In A 7 Year Old With No Other Symptoms?

Hello, my 7 year old daughter has vomited last Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday night (Between 11pm and 1am). She was completely ok during the day, no fever or no other symptoms and just as happy go lucky as any other day. She was fine on Saturday and then puked Sunday evening. After she pukes she is back to herself... any thoughts?? I have a hard time thinking that this is a virus as I have never seen a virus that skips days.

Hi...daily night vomiting could be the result of a gastro-oesophageal reflux, which might get aggravated in lying down or reclining position and hence she is getting this during sleep. i suggest you consult your pediatrician with this tip get her evaluated.
