What Causes Vomiting In An Infant After Feeding Solid Food?
We have started feeding my 8 month old son khidi, Sabu dana, cerelac but every time he resist to take up. After some time he vomit out. This we are observing since last two month when started to feed solid food. Just wanted to why he is doing so. Also we want to know about uvula when it appears because we are finding difficult to see.
The child's digestive system is still getting used to eating solid food, do not panic. First, take a step back and go to semi-solid food once again for about 2 weeks. After this introduce solid food just for 1 meal, and then continue with semi-solid food once again. Do this every alternate day for a week, and then shift to solid food completely if your child tolerates this slow introduction of solid food well enough.
As for the uvula, it is present at birth, and can be small which can make it difficult to see at times, but it is seen most times. Please send me a picture using our premium service if you wish for my opinion on the same.
Best wishes.
