What Causes Vomiting In An Infant During Nights?

I have a 16 month old baby. He was born at 26 weeks, 1 lbs 14 ozs. He has bronchopulmonary dysplasia, lung disease, he had a ductus ligation, has had tubes in ears, and a scope of throat done, since he has a dis functional vocal cord. He is on omeprazole for reflux. He is now 20 lbs, but vomits every night for the past 2 months. Never during the day, but evening after 8 before bed and while asleep. Local doctors say it is due to reflux or that he has a lot of sinus drainage. I don t want him losing more weight. What can I do.
