my daughter previously (36 hours ago) diagnosed with thread worm and treated as such is not eating, will vomit when she intakes food, has had temperatures of around 38 degrees C for the last 5 days, complains of stomach pain and was twitching after recently vomiting. General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Vomiting and abdominal pain in children is most commonly due to gastroenteritis which can be due to viral or bacterial infection.
This is managed mainly treated with fluids to prevent or treat dehydration.

If the pain is severe , it may be best, however, to take her to her doctor for assessment to rule out other causes.

I hope this helps
