What Causes Vomiting Sensation, Fever And Back Pain?
Hi. I m having a lot of multiple problems. I thought I just had an ear infection but then I woke up today and the 1st time I woke up I felt like I was going to throw up so I went back to sleep and woke up again and had a temp of 100.3 and my back hurt but the right side hurt so bad, the same with my neck. My throat hurts in the back really bad and I m very weak feeling! I don t know if its just the flu or something to be worried about, can you please help?

It is possible that you do have a viral infection such as the flu though there are other viral causes as well.
Since you feel so unwell, you should consider visiting your doctor for an assessment which would include the history of your symptoms and examination.
Acetaminophen can be used for pain and fever. Rest and fluids are also important.
