What Causes Vomiting Sensation In Early Morning?

i am suffering from vometing tendency in early morning since last 4 weeks and some time vomet also only water vomet and nothing.i have taken nowworm medicine for worm but not resulted.currently i am taking omezd 2 times 1/2 hr before meal.since last 5 days but it also not working.My lever is slightly increases it measures 144.0 mm
