What Causes Vomiting, Severe Abdominal Pain And Fast Heart Rate?

Hi, my boyfriend has been experiencing severe abdominal pains that he describes as feeling like someone is stabbing him and he is vomiting acid, and he says he is also vomiting something that looks like yellow gumballs. I have understand your concern

you have not mentioned about the invitation done before

I'm suspecting
1.subacute intestinal obstruction
2.peptic ulcer disease
3.bowel ischaemia

stress is the reason for his increased heart rate

I can suggest you to get done
1.hemogram
2.liver function tests
3.USG abdomen
4.CECT abdomen
5.upper GI endoscopy

with the above investigations we can come to conclusion

avoid any investigations already done in my suggested one.

let him take
1.tab.pantocid-d twice daily
2. tab. spasmoproxivan twice daily
3.blaned diet

hope this helps you
