What Causes Vomiting, Stomach Bloating And Constipation?
Hi. I throw up bile and can not eat most things. Terrebly bloated. Constipated a delay of period. Can it be a galbladder problem? Can not have children. Use bi-polar meds. Upper part of tummy make me look pregnant loose weight everywere but there it doesn t want to flatten. When I throw up I feel better. But trow up food eaten tree days ago and smells horrible and the wind coming out my mouth. Cant sleep at night the bloatedness makes me nausious.
As per my surgical experience, severe vomiting with stomach bloating and constipation indicate possible blockage of bile drainage system at cystic duct , common bile duct or pancreatic problem. Though primary relief with anti emetic as ondancetron with proton pump inhibitor as omeprazole, I would strongly recommend to undertake an ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis for in depth evaluation of liver, stomach, intestines and whole of the biliary system including pancreas.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
