What Causes Vomiting, Sweating, Fainting And Diarrhea?

for about one year I have had 6 episodes of N/V and diarrhea. at same time I get very hot and start sweating profusely, and 4 times I fainted. these episodes are sudden and violent. I have had colonoscopy which was normal, (, removed 2 polyps). I had the 24-hour urine test indicating potential carcinoid tumor/syndrome. last week I had the ostreoscan, which was also normal. Since then I have had another episode of vomiting, sweating, fainting, diarrhea. So what to do next. I am 75 y/o female and not a hypochondriac! Thanks, Fm,.

HI
Well come to HCM
diarrhea nausea vomiting that you have may not be due to any disease now, but this could be due to some digestion function disturbances, here the hydration is the matter else this would come around even without the medicines if this is sever then this can be managed with Tab chlorpromazine three times in day, and lyophilized lactobacillus sachets, three times in day, hope this information helps.
