What Causes Vomiting Up Of Blood While Suffering From Hepatitis C?
My son has hep c and has been throwing up blood last couple days. He is a recovering addict and does not have a regular job nor any insurance. How can he get any treatment without being able to afford it. He says he is going to die, I am so worried for him.

He seems to be having portal hypertension and cirrhosis as per mentioned history.
For that invasive procedure can be done to stop hemetemesis.
Endoscopic ligation or sclerosent injection can be beneficial for stop bleeding.
Take low salt diet.
Beta blocker can be prescribed for reducing portal hypertension.
Hepatitis c has poor prognosis.
