What Causes Vomiting Up Of Green Bile After Chemotherapy?

My wife is recieving chemo therapy her last chemo was 5 days ago. she is having vommiting and there is no food in her the vomit is very green is this something we should do something about. her anti nausea medication Odansetron and promethazine seem to have no effect

Hello,

Chemotherapy is associated with vomiting. However, the severity of the vomiting should be assessed.

I would like to know which chemotherapy she has received since different chemotherapy has different side effect profiles.

More importantly, it is crucial that she does not get dehydrated so I would advise, please inform your treating oncologist about the same.

If I were your treating oncologist, I would look for signs of dehydration, check her blood for counts, electrolytes, give fluids, etc.
