What Causes Vomiting Up Of White Bile In An Infant?

My 20 month old son had the flu last 2 weeks yet the last two nights he has woken up and vommited loads thick lumpy white lumps like cottage cheese what could it be? Too much milk? He s currently off he s food and will only take milk or juice from he s bottle but won t eat anything should I be worried?

it is indigetion and dyspepsia.for some time stop giving milk and give bland diet messed apple can be given might have developed viral gastroenteritis. it is self limiting maintain hydration. can consult neonatologist for regulating diet. maintain hygiene
