What Causes Vomiting When Diagnosed With Bulky Uterus?

Doctor iam 43 years old i have enlarged uterus with multiple interstitial uterine fibroids ( 1.8 to 8 cm in average diameters ) . The uterine fibroids distorts endometrial echocomplex . I read that it can mean endometrial cancer type 2 . Does it mean that ? From 3 days ago i have extremly pain with transparent screations . Feeling heavy in urinating . Feeling vomiting all time and one or two time aday diarrhea please help me the pain is continuous i cant even move

Hi,

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, the pain may be because of heavy bleeding from the uterine fibroids and you should consult your gynecologist.

The fibroids if remained untreated can cause cancer so you should get treatment as soon as possible. For the time being, take Mefenamic acid and paracetamol for pain relief.
