I can understand your cocern for your
vomiting while rowing in gym .

dehydration,
low blood sugar levels, low/ high BP overexertion, and, quite possibly,
heat exhaustion .
Try to remove causes and help increase immunity to lead healthy life .
Take lemon juice in a glass of water with a pinch of salt and black pepper thrice a day , is very energetic , good appitiser and alley adverse feeling very fast .
Keep hyderation up to the mark .
Get checked your BP & Sugar level under control
Don't over exert .
A regular balanced diet rich in all essential nutrients is required for over all health .
Avoid fried , fast foods , tea , cofee , alcohol , smoking ,
constipation ,dehyderation
