What Causes Vomiting While Doing Physical Therapy?

So I was at physical therapy and they tried a procedure with suction cups to bring out flexibility and when he got to number five I started to not be able to see I couldn't hear them at all I felt like I was going to throw up and was extremely hot. I'm not sure what caused this it freaked me out
