What Causes Vomiting While On Epilim Chrono?

Hi , my girlfriend is taking epilim chrono 300mg tablets for her epilepsy and she has what we suspect to be food poisoning. She currently can t hold any food down and she has projectile vomited. She is worried about taking her medication in the morning and her night dose not being effective as she took it with food before the food poisoning began. Please can you give me some advice on what my girlfriend should do? Thanks Solomon.

eeg is to be taken and consult neurologist for examination and recomandation of treatment.dose and dont has to be advised it can not be linked to food poisoning. no effect if medication is taken with food. take advise from neurologist for detail and mode of treatment.
