What Causes Vomiting While On Oxycodone HCL?

My pain mgmt DR. prescribes oxycodone/acetaminophen 10mg monthly. while visting my family out of state I was prescribed oxycodone hcl 10mg which made me feel wired and upset my stomach causing vomiting. The oxy/ace 10 mg did not make me feel wired nor sick. What is the difference between these meds if anything

Here the question may not be of difference but any analgesic medicine could developed gastritis later or sooner that must have been happened with you, taking analgesic medicine more than enough of time is not at all good for health, hope this information helps, take care.
