my uncle is having some probleams he is dizzy vominting dile and cold sweats sensitive to light... and his is 47 years of age.. also he is a worker of landscapeing he has been feeling like this since last friday. But today has been the worst of all day..

As you describe you uncle is suffering from vertigo, the reasons may be the infection of the internal ear, gastric acidity, hypertension, or diabetes.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone,and vertigon.
If there is dehydration, or the reeling is more i prefer to infuse the fluids.
