What Causes Vomiting With Nausea And Dizziness?
Hello. My 82 year old mother had a CTscan of the brain yesterday. They found old left gangliocapsular infarctions.
She was having vomiting, nausea & dizziness. Are these previous TIAs? or could they be meningioma? Would you see further treatment from a neurologist? Thank you.

2. Intracranial pressure evaluation can confirm it to be the cause. CT scan would have shown if there were any meningioma or other lesions.
