What Causes Warm And Tingling Sensation In The Lower Neck, Chest And Face?
Several times today it has felt like someone pouring a warm liquid into the left side of my lower neck and chest and then my face neck and arm will slightly tingle..a little discomfort but no serious pain is this something to be concerned about...I am a 51 year old white male diabetes, stage 3 kidney failure with a low ejection/fraction rate and was a candidate for a difib implant.

It may be due to cardiac ischemia or cervical spondylosis with radiculopathy or stroke, etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please get an ECG, cervical X-ray AP view, serum electrolytes, and CT brain then consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
