What Causes Warm Ears And Crackling Sound While Swallowing?

Hi. I'm A 31yr old Female With No Previous Medical Conditions-Good Health. recently Thou I Have Been Experiencing Warm, Dull Ears That's Driving Me Bad. Feels Like My Ears Are Warm, Hot Inside & When SWallow I Get A Crackling Sound. Atfter Running On Treadmill My Ears Become All Bunged Up, Hearing Goes Dull & Vibrations Irratate Ears. Doctors Have Given Me A Nasal Spray & Allergy Tablets But Not Helping. Sometimes Also Get Ache/Pressure Feeling In Temples. I ES Diagnosed With A Possible Sinus Infection & Was Given A Weeks Course Of Antibiotics But Problem Is Still Here. Scared It's Brain Rumour Or Something Serious. X
