What Causes Warm Sensation Behind Earlobe Along With Swelling In Throat?

Sorry i am new to this. I had something called a stellate ganglion block the other day that went horribly wrong and ended up in the er after they finally got me back to breathing again from chest pains which he said it was probablly from them working on me to get me to breath on my own and bring my blood pressure up. Anyway today is a few days later and suddenly im feeling warm and the back of my earlobe has a knot in it. My throats kindof swollen but i can breathe . Is this nothing caused from the other day? Or maybe a spider bite? Ive never had issues like this .. YYYY@YYYY
