What Causes Warm Sensation On Forearms And Forehead With Red Rash Breakouts?
Recently have a weird sensation of being warm on my forearms, forehead,and break out in a red rash, not itchy but feels like needles prickly lasts about half hour and goes away. Iahad it before a couple of weeks ago, I am 55 years old.

It could be a form of peripheral neuropathy. I would advise you to get dermatology checkup dear as its very difficult to say anything without seeing it.
