Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What could cause testicles to be extremely hot to the touch on the outside and very uncomfortable. I also have symptoms of the flu that came on today. My feet also hurt to touch them. I am a professional plumber and was in a house with extremely high black mold for an hour. YYYY@YYYY
For the testicles to be warm to touch and painful, it could be inflamed. The possible diagnosis could be Epididimoorchitis. This is due to bacterial infection of the testes and epididimus, and could be associated with a mild hydrocele. Please wear undergarments which will support the testes and scrotum. This will give rest to the inflamed part. You shall have to take antibiotics to control the bacterial infection. Please consult a general surgeon or a urologist, who after examination can prescribe the appropriate antibiotic. It may take 7 to 10 days for complete resolution of infection.
