What Causes Warm Sensation Under Arch Of Both The Feet?

hi, I'm 23 years old and work in a nursery, I've recently been experiencing a warm sensation under the arch of both feet, feels like I've stepped in luke warm water, lasting only a couple of seconds. I've had this for around a week but it seems to be getting more frequent. There is a history of MS in my family.
