Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a feeling of warmness on the left side of my chest about the height of my heart. There is no pain - just a sudden warm feeling. I cannot detect any real heat when I put my right hand there. Been going on for a couple days now. I am a 72 year old while male and in good physical condition - exercise almost daily and eat lots of veggies - limited red meat.
Hello. Thanks for writing to HCM. I read and understand your question very well. I try my best to help you in this.
As you have warmness in the left side of chest , this may because of exercise that you do. And it is normal after exercise. Just enjoy your life. Do the work that you like. Also divert your thought by doing activities that you like. Eat healthy food and fruit. If you want to do some test than do Chest X Ray , EKG . Also consult a good physician for this.
I hope my advice will help you a lot. Thanks and Regards. Dr Vijay
