What Causes Wart In Anus After Having Protected Anal Sex?

i have an unexpected wart in my anus, it doesn t hurt but i felt it as i wiped with toilet paper. I have had anal sex once but the other person used a condom. Another thing is, i used a public toilet but i used hand sanitizer to clean it off. Could this be an STD or just a irritable soar from wiping with rough toilet paper?

Hi.

It will first require a doctors examination to confirm/rule out a wart. And if it is actually a wart, you will have to be tested for HPV. Please avoid sexual contact and/or using public toilets until your doctor can examine you thoroughly.
