What Causes Warts At Beard Area?

i had two warts initially at my beard area which got treated with laser by again after two or three month onto same place again it appeared and agian i went for the laser treatment and again after two month aroung 5-6 warts come,can you please help me whats the root cause behind that.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the warts then it is viral infection and some time it may not be cured from grass rooted level, laser method can be tired, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
