General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a fungal infection. A photo would be very helpful through the diagnosis. Meanwhile, I suggest using an anti fungal cream such as Clotrimazole cream for local application. I also suggest using Diflucan 150mg for three days, one tablet a day. I recommend to maintain a good hygiene and use cotton socks.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
