Hello,

You are suffering from water discharge from your right breast. You have a history of having ovarian cyst. You have been trying to get pregnant since over a year. To confirm that you are not pregnant, you can get a pregnancy test done. You will be managed accordingly.

Cystic issues in the ovaries commonly cause hormonal changes. which in turn cause symptoms like pregnancy though there's no conception because an ovarian cyst can create a large amount of circulating estrogen which can cause breast swelling and tenderness or watery discharge.

Overproduction of estrogen can also cause breast pain, nausea or vomiting but these symptoms may be indicative of ovarian cysts. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a Gynae. You will have to go through follow-up pelvic ultrasounds to see if your cyst changes in size or appearance.

Treatment includes hormonal contraceptives to keep you from getting more ovarian cysts. But, birth control pills won't shrink an existing cyst. Your gynae may recommend removal of the cyst by surgery if need be. You are suggested to take home made, balanced diet, switch to healthy living, accompanied with medicines can actually completely cure a person of ovarian cysts. Stay away from addictions if any, lose weight if obese.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
