You have history of water discharge from your ears and have mucus coming out of your throat. You are suggested to gargle your throat with salt in warm water at least three times a day. Keep the affected ear dry. Dry mop it with a clean cotton wick. You can apply Ciprofloxacin ear drops, 2-3 drops in the affected ear, two times a day.
Take an oral course of Augmentin or Amoxycillin for 5-7 days. Take acetaminophen, one SOS when earache. Take medicines after food. If you are allergic to Amoxicillin or Augmentin you can take an oral course of Cefaclor, it also works well. However, you are suggested to get clinically examined by an ENT, get audiometry test done to rule out any perforation or complication.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
