What Causes Water Retention With Low BP In A 71 Year Old?

My Father is CKD with TV CAD problem is that is now not urinating since last day what to do now doctor has with drawn all the blood pressure lowering medicine such as Glyceryl Trinitrate. he is having problem in breathing what to do now. He has water retention all over his body and probably in his lungs. Already restricted water intake
Age 71 ,
weight 50kg aprox.

Your father has chronic kidney diseases and triple vessel disease....these two condition can result into such type of symptoms that accumulation of fluids all over the body tissues.
He needs further evaluation ...he needs to do a fresh echo cardiography,chest x ray ,ultrasound abdomen, urine analysis,liver function tests...
Better to consult a doctor to properly asses your dear father.
