Hi I think I may have food poisoning or something else my symptoms are I m craving ice cold water like crazy but can t even keep that down I feel sluggish not that strong I have diarrhea but it s clear like water and I only feel comfortable sitting up or laying on my back

Hi I think you should immediately show yourself to a doctor. Watery dairrhea with craving for ice cold water may be a sign of dehydration--regards
