What Causes Watery Discharge From Penis Post Masturbation?

I have quite a bit of excess discharge that drips out of my penis after masterbation but it does not happen after sex. Its clear and water like but does have a sticky consistency to it. Its very annoying. Is it my body telling me to stop or is there something wrong?
