Hello,

Watery eyes and numbness on the left side of the tongue and lips are possible symptoms of facial nerve weakness as this nerve supplies to head, neck, eye, cheek, and lip region and these symptoms could be due to low blood glucose level. Need not to worry. Treatment would do mouth stretching exercises at least 30 minutes daily, and you should avoid opening mouth wide. Apply warm compresses. Do whistleblowing exercises as well. Corticosteroids are effective treatment measure for this condition. You should consult an oral and maxillofacial surgeon and get proper treatment done. The doctor may also refer you to a neurologist for a nerve problem.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
