MY SON S GIRL FRIEND HAS A DOG THAT I M NOW HAVE ALLEGIES FROM. THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE IN THE SUMMER TIME AND I NEVER MENTION IT SINCE THE WINDOWS WAS OPEN. NOW ITS WINTER TIME AND CAN FEEL THE ALLERGY OF RUNNING EYS,HEAD ALWAYS HURTING AND UNABLE TO SLEEP AND MY CHEST HURT.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

One of the best treatments for allergies would be to avoid the source of the response, in this case, you would need to reduce your exposure to the dog.

If this is not possible then you would need to consider the use of allergy medications (anti histamines, decongestants and topical steroid nasal spray).
The use of a pain killer such as ibuprofen or paracetamol may help with the headache.
