What Causes Watery Eyes, Itching In Outer Canthi When Exposed To Bright Sunlight?

hi, I notice whenever i go into bright sunlight my eyes tear up and stream uncontrollably down my cheeks. I am now also noticing itching in the outer canthi of both eyes with increasing evidence of hyperpigmentation starting to develop. Any ideas of what this might be due to?
thanks so much for your assistance.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having watering and itching of eyes at the outer canthus.
These symptoms indicate angular conjunctivitis. The angular conjunctivitis is cause by a chronic low grade infection by Moraxella.
The treatment is by use of anti-allergic eye drops, antibiotics and zinc solution.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
