What Causes Watery Eyes, Sneezing And Sinus Headache?

I have been fighting sinus pressure and pain for a few days. How do I know if it is a sinus infection? Clear drainage, watery eyes, sneezing, sinus headache, pressure and sinus pain. I am type 1 Diabetic and whenever I take the over-the-counter medications with Acetamediphan, it shoots up my sugar levels which makes me feel even worse. I can t take this much longer.

The symptoms you have narrated do suggest sinusitis ..but please consult a ENT physician for conclusive diagnosis . There can be a lot of treatable factors causing recurrent sinusitis. Being a diabetic it is better if you dont take OTC medcations.
