What Causes Watery, Sticky And Foul Smelling Vaginal Discharge?

HI I have a constant vaginal discharge which is watery,sticky and foul smelling. When the discharge is heavier I would have period pain and often feel like I have to pass urine. I have had vaginal swabs and tests done for STDs which have come back normal but still I cannot get relief?

You have vaginal infection which is known as Bacterial vaginosis. This is because if the imbalance between the good and bad bacterial of the vaginal flora(environment).
This is identified by its white yellow discharge which is very foul smelling typically a fish odour. This is because of poor hygiene,multiple partners of any surgical intervention.
This is simple to treat by broad spectrum antibiotics which are given in the form of pills. Symptoms improve after 2-3 doses however you need to complete the course to get rid of that completely.
