What Causes Watery Stool While Treating Koch S Infection?

Hi, my daughter was diagnosed with persistent pneumonia at the same time kochs infection. after we treated her PP we started to give her medicines for primary complex, she complain of stomachache in the morning after we gave her the medicines and around 7pm she had had a bowel movement which is watery in consistent does it really due to the medicines she intake?

May be really the medicine she take...so she may take something to stop the abdomenal pain and diarrhoea till she ends her coarse of medical treatment
