General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

What watery discharge you have been noticing could be due to liquified semen draining out along with vaginal or cervical secretions. Such secretions can be considered as normal. Since she has taken Plan B (emergency oral contraceptive) pill, kindly wait for a week to ten days for withdrawal bleeding to happen. This would ensure that she has not conceived. Infact, there is no need to take emergency contraceptive pill if she is on birth control pills regularly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
