What Causes Watery Vaginal Discharge Along With Blood In Urine?

Hello, I had a question about a possible urinary tract infection. I had sex for the first time about three days ago. I spotted and had a watery almost clear/white discharge for about two days. But today morning I noticed that my pee was pink. Thought that was just a residual affect but now (its night) I am peeing blood. I also regularly work out and did abdominal exercises today. Is it normal to have these symptoms after your first time (the sex was rough as we also made use of a vibrator). Or do I have a UTI? If so can I wait till about midday tomorrow to go to the doctors? As all the walk in clinics are closed at the moment.

I can understand your concern. As you had sex for the first time and if your hymen was not broken before this experience, it is usual to have some vaginal bleeding for some days. However, if you are experiencing bleeding from urine, it could be an initial sign of urinary tract infection.

You can start an antibiotic course of Fluoroquinolones. You can take Levofloxacin 250 mg (Levoflox) twice a day for five days. By the time this course completes, bleeding in urine should stop.

If not, you should visit a physician for physical examination and blood test along with urine culture analysis.
